If you change your mind about a purchase, you can process a full cancellation of all orders. To qualify for a full refund, your cancellation request must be made between the purchase date and the confirmed delivery date. Please note the following conditions:

- If cancellation is requested after the confirmed delivery date, a handling charge will apply, which includes:
  - Any shipping charge
  - 25% of the product fee

#### Returns

We accept returns within 14 days following delivery. To receive a full refund, please adhere to the following steps:

2. **Returns Request Number**: Obtain a Returns Request Number by providing photographic proof of the damage. It’s important to check the delivery packaging before opening your package to identify any items that may have been damaged in transit.
3. **Next Steps**: Indicate what you would like to happen next:
   - If the product is still in stock, we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
   - If the product is out of stock or if you prefer, we will issue a full refund.
4. **Return the Faulty Item**: Returning the faulty item is subject to discussion and agreement based on the extent of the damage. You will be responsible for the cost of returning any item when requested. Please note that if we require a return and there is no proof of dispatch/postage, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
5. **Receive a Full Refund**: In most cases, we will facilitate a quick resolution to your request and process a full refund via your original payment method. Please be aware that some banks may take up to 5 working days to clear refund payments, and we will notify you once the refund has been sent.

#### IMPORTANT: What Can’t Be Returned?

Please note that except where there is evidence of damage, the following items cannot be returned:

- Perishable goods
- Specialist products that require size or adaptation
- Any items that have been worn, washed, have had labels removed, or that are part of a set (the entire set must be returned)
